How to Feel Better

How are you feeling right now? Good or Bad? Somewhere in between? Ya, there can be many of those in between feelings. The Law of Attraction says that there are really only two: Good and bad, but what is meant is a good feeling as opposed to a bad feeling. A vibration that will attract a positive outcome or one that will attract a negative one.

So to get from a bad feeling state to an awesome one can be a huge jump. Start small by finding a feeling that will resonate with you that will give you some relief. Now the word “relief” is the keyword here. If you are angry at the moment, to feel happy and joyful is a big jump so go into your mind and find that feeling of relief from anger or whatever negative feeling you feel. It could come from a previous situation where you felt relief or something that you can imagine that you want that can give you that feeling. From there move forward to another thought that feels even better than that.

Either stop there or keep going to move beyond. Try to keep feeling better than the last emotion each time. Do it once a day or many until you can calibrate each time to a better feeling. Moving up to a better feeling will get easier as you practice. Don’t be hard on yourself if you can’t hold it or keep feeling negative. Just practice, use meditation, and get into your vortex.

Enjoy the process not the end result. Love your feelings and emotions as your guidance system for helping you notice this so you can always calibrate to a better feeling thought. A contrasting situation can be there to expand your experience of life, so know that you cannot always control your environment but how you react to it. Remember that we are all energy and better feeling thoughts vibrate at a higher frequency which attracts a more positive outcome.

A negative reaction to a bad situation will only attract a more negative outcome. Be aware of your feelings during this experience and try to find gratitude in every situation. It happens for a reason so learn from it.
